Effective 7 September 2026. This notice covers LiquidEdge website visitors, mailing-list subscribers, and account holders.

Information we process

We process the name, organisation, email address, security records, plan, invoices, support messages, and configuration data needed to provide your account. Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment provider rather than LiquidEdge. Guest data depends on the portal choices configured by each venue.

Why we process it

We use account and billing data to perform the service agreement, secure the platform, provide support, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as preventing abuse and improving reliability. Marketing email is sent only where permitted and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

Sharing and processors

We share only what is necessary with infrastructure, email, payment, analytics, and support providers that help operate LiquidEdge. We do not sell personal information. International transfers are protected using the safeguards required by applicable law.

Retention and rights

Account data is kept while the account is active and for the period needed for security, tax, dispute, and legal obligations afterward. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing.
