Service terms

Effective 7 September 2026. These terms apply when you create or use a LiquidEdge account. The legal supplier and address shown on your order confirmation or invoice is your service provider.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and only connect controllers, venues, and access points you are authorised to manage. You are responsible for configuring your guest experience and for having a lawful basis for any customer data you collect.

Plans and limits

The Free plan includes one site and one access point. Growth includes five sites and ten access points, plus the features shown at purchase. Multi-venue plans use the limits in their order. We may prevent new resources above a plan limit without removing existing customer data.

Paid subscriptions

Growth is €39 monthly or €390 annually, excluding VAT or other taxes where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can update payment details, view invoices, or cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use LiquidEdge to break the law, send unsolicited communications, interfere with networks, access systems without permission, distribute malicious content, or infringe another person’s rights. We may suspend access needed to protect customers, the platform, or third parties.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a dependable service but the self-service plans do not include a guaranteed service level. We may improve or change features while preserving the core purpose of a paid plan. Material adverse changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

Data and privacy

Our privacy notice explains how account data is handled. You retain ownership of your content and grant us permission to process it only to provide, protect, and improve the service.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability connected with a paid service is limited to fees paid for that service during the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect loss or for failures caused by third-party controllers, networks, or services outside our control.
